Popping Cake

Add together 250g eggs, 200g premix powder, 10g cake oil, and 35g water, then mix well at medium speed (about 1 minute), then beat at high speed (about 3 minutes), and finally add oil at low speed and mix well (about 30 seconds)

Then use a piping bag or something to squeeze it into a paper cup and fill it up. Then squeeze the salad dressing into a cross shape. Then put it in the oven with lid fire 190 and bottom fire 150 for about 20 minutes.

After baking, add 300 grams of milk, 200 grams of evaporated milk, 120 grams of custard, and mix well, then squeeze into the baked cake
