Poria and Banana Porridge

Prepare ingredients.

Pour the white tuckahoe into the cooking cup of the wall-breaking machine.

Close the upper cover and install the cooking cup on the base of the wall breaker.

The wall breaker is connected to the power supply and selects high-speed operation for two minutes.

Pour the ground white tuckahoe powder into a bowl.

Soak the porridge and rice for two hours after washing.
7.
Pour the porridge and rice into the health pot.

Add 10g white tuckahoe powder.

Add 800ml water.

Turn on the health pot and select the health porridge program.

When the porridge is cooked until the rice grains bloom, cut the banana into slices.

Pour the banana slices into the health pot.

Stir clockwise with a spoon until thick.
Tips:
1. White tuckahoe is not easy to dissolve in water, and it is difficult to cook whole porridge. It can be ground into a powder with a wall-breaking machine and sealed and stored, and then used to cook porridge or make pasta.
2. Bananas are high in potassium and are not suitable for people with acute or chronic nephritis and renal insufficiency.
