Poria Root Lean Meat Soup

Prepare ingredients: Maogen, Poria, lean meat, red dates, ginger, stew cup.

Wash the tuckahoe and soak in water.

Wash the roots and cut into sections, wash and remove the red dates, and cut the ginger into one slice.

Wash the lean meat, cut into thin slices, and mix with salt and oil.

Pour the well-mixed lean meat into the stew pot.

Put the roots, poria, red dates, and ginger into the stewing pot, and add an appropriate amount of water.

Put the lid on, of course, simmer in the pot. Cover the low heat and simmer for 3 hours.

Tips:
1. The roots should be washed and cut into sections to make it easy to boil out the flavor.
2. Poria should be soaked, and the dried poria will not smell easily.
