Pork's Feet and Carrot Soup

Cut the pig's feet into pieces and wash them well.

Put cold water on the pig's feet into the pot and boil to remove the blood.

Take out the bowl, rinse off the blood with hot water, and control the moisture for later use.

Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic, Chinese pepper, and millet pepper for later use.

Put the pig's feet and the prepared seasonings in the pressure cooker, cover the pot and cook for one hour.

Tips:
1. The pig's feet must be put into the pot with cold water and boiled.
2. The lid of the pressure cooker must be opened after the steam is exhausted. Be careful of burns.
