Pork and Green Onions

Put flour in a clean basin

Pour boiling water

Stir with chopsticks (it will be burnt with your hands)

Pour in cold water to make the dough

Just make it into a dough and form a dough. (Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes)

After the pork is beaten into minced meat, add all the seasonings

Stir in a clockwise direction and set aside

Divide the dough into two

Sprinkle flour and roll into square slices with a rolling pin

Cut four knives with a sharp knife and divide them into 9 positions

Divide the minced meat into 8 portions and place them on the dough (don’t put it at the bottom corner)

Fold the meatless noodles in the middle, as shown in the picture

Fold the one on the left (as shown in the picture)

Cover the one on the right (as shown in the picture)

Fold the one on the left (as shown in the picture)

Continue to fold upwards (as shown in the picture)

Repeat the previous steps (as shown in the picture)

Fold the other dough (like two large bricks) according to the method of the previous dough and leave it for 10 minutes

Roll out the placed dough gently (no need to be too thin)

Hot oil in cold pan

Add the dough made before and fry until golden on both sides
