A few days ago, I heard from my colleague that I made potstickers, and I wanted to eat too. So I bought leeks and minced meat. I got up early in the morning and made the stuffing and noodles. I made potstickers for the kids as early as possible.

Tips:

1. In order to avoid burning when baking pot stickers, try to use medium and small fires instead of high fires.
2. When adding water, do not add too much water, just add a little.
