Pork Belly

Sliced Chinese rice, sliced ginger, and some garlic for later use.

Cut the pork belly with skin into pieces and blanch it in hot water to remove the blood.
3.
Stir the ginger in a frying pan and stir fry the pork belly.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry.
5.
Put in the rice, add appropriate amount of water, simmer slowly, add a small amount of brown sugar and salt at the end, and start the pot.
