Pork Belly and Chicken Soup

Prepare the ingredients: chicken chop, pork belly washed in advance, peppercorns, ginger

Ginger peeled and sliced

Put the right amount of water in the pot and add half of the ginger slices

After the water is boiled, put the pork belly and chicken in the water to blanch the smell

Pick up the pork belly and chicken, rinse, then stuff the chicken into the pork belly, add the remaining ginger slices, peppercorns, and seal the opening with a toothpick

Put the whole pork belly stuffed with ingredients into the pressure cooker, add 700ml of water, cover the pork belly, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, cover the high heat and cook it, change to low heat and continue to cook for 1 hour to turn off the heat.

After opening the lid, cut the pork belly into strips, put it in the soup again and boil, add some salt to taste
Tips:
When boiling pork belly soup, stuff the chicken into the pork belly, the chicken will not be too bad, and then it will absorb the aroma of the pork belly, making it even more delicious.
The pork belly that I bought can be cleaned very cleanly with cooking oil, salt, and flour.
