Pork Belly and Lotus Seed Soup

Wash the inside and outside of the pork belly with vinegar, then rub it with baking soda to remove the mucus.

Scrape off the yellow part of the pork belly with a knife, and then carefully rinse it inside and out with running water.

Add water to the pot, add cold water to the pot, add ginger slices, rice wine, boil and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Cut the cooked pork belly into strips about 1 cm thick.

Put water in a pressure cooker and bring to a boil, add pork belly strips and lotus seeds, add ginger slices and rice wine.

Add an appropriate amount of black pepper, cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
7.
Season with salt.
Tips:
The pork belly must be scrubbed clean to better remove the peculiar smell.
