Pork Belly and Lotus Seed Soup, If You Have A Bad Stomach, You Can Drink It Often
1.
First, clean the pork belly. Most of the pork belly bought in the market has already been cleaned initially, and the hand is not as dirty as expected.
2.
Put the pork belly in a basin, add water and salt (coarse salt is best) and starch. Repeatedly rubbing with hands, this step can remove odor and mucus.
3.
Then rinse with clean water. Pork belly should be cleaned on both sides, and the fat on the front side can be torn off by hand or cut off with scissors.
4.
I like to cut the pork belly into large pieces with scissors, which is convenient for washing and cooking.
5.
In a pot under cold water, add green onion and ginger and cooking wine, and blanch the pork belly.
6.
Clean afterwards.
7.
Change the knife into belly strips. If you eat it at that time, stew it directly in the pot. If you can’t finish it or don’t eat it for a while, you can freeze the processed pork belly and take it out of the boil when you eat it.
8.
Prepare lotus seeds, red dates, and wolfberry, and wash them.
9.
Add enough water to the casserole at one time, put the pork belly strips, put lotus seeds, red dates and goji berries on the casserole. Bring to a boil for more than 2 hours.
10.
Season Hershey with salt and white pepper, scoop it out and eat.
11.
I bought pork belly in my free time, processed it well, and can make soup anytime. If you are in a hurry, you can use a saucepan to make an appointment to cook the soup, or use a pressure cooker to cook the soup quickly, the taste will be a little worse.
Tips:
It is very convenient to process more belly at one time and put it directly into the pot when eating.
