Pork Belly and Radish Soup
1.
Prepare a pork belly and a section of radish. (I have washed the pork belly, so I will omit the steps)
2.
Cut the pork belly into strips and slice the ginger.
3.
After the water is boiled, boil the pork belly strips in water, add ginger slices, and add some cooking wine. Remove after boiling.
4.
Put the pork belly strips in the pot, then add the sliced ginger, put a few peppers, and let the water boil and simmer for about half an hour.
5.
The pork belly soup has been boiled a bit white, put the radish in it, add salt water and boil it on low heat and boil it for another hour.
6.
I boiled for a total of one and a half hours, and added some chicken noodles to improve the flavor. There should be some chopped green onion, but there is no more at home.
Tips:
1 The pork belly must be cleaned up, otherwise the soup will taste stronger. I saw that there is a special introduction to clean up pork belly, so I will omit it.
2 I like to put the radish early, it feels soft and delicious.
3 When I put the radish, I already added salt. Some people say that the salt is added early and I don't like it to be rotten. But I always add salt to the soup, I think it can be softened. If you add salt to the pot, only the soup will taste, and the food will be bland. I add some chicken noodles to enhance the flavor when I start the pot.
4 Make sure to put less ingredients in the soup, so that the taste of the food itself will be reflected. It only needs salt and chicken powder. You can put some chopped green onions when you start the pot, but I don’t have any at home today.
