Pork Belly Cabbage

Ingredients: pork belly, cut into thin slices in water, marinate in salt and pepper for five minutes; cabbage torn into pieces by hand; ginger and garlic cut into small pieces;

Put a little oil in the pot, add the marinated pork belly to 50% heat, and fry the oil;

Put the meat on the side, add the aniseed ginger, garlic and chili to fry until fragrant, then stir fry with the meat;

Add dark soy sauce to color the meat, then add cabbage and stir fry;

When the cabbage becomes crispy, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and thirteen spices in turn and stir fry;

Stir-fry for one minute, add vinegar and chicken essence; add salt according to personal taste (oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce are already very salty, so be careful when adding salt) stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot
