Pork Belly Chicken Soup

Wash the pork belly with salt and white vinegar several times. After washing it, cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl.

Wash the ginger and slice it; rinse the star anise with water. Put them together on a plate for later use.

Add water to the pot and pour the pork belly into the pot. Boil for 2 minutes after the water is boiled, skim off the foam, remove the pork belly, and wash it off with clean water.

Pour the pork belly into the pot, add the sliced ginger and star anise, and add the rice wine. Cover the pot, press and hold the soup button to cook the soup regularly for 2 and a half hours.

Wash the chicken, cut into pieces, and put it in a bowl.

Add water to the pot, pour the chicken into the pot, cook for 2 minutes after the water is boiled, remove the foam and remove it, wash it with clean water, and put it in a bowl.

After 1 hour, open the lid and put the chicken in the pot. Cover the pot and continue to cook the soup.

Peel the yam, wash, cut into pieces, and put in a bowl for later use.

Rinse the peppers with water, control the moisture, and grind them in a clean scoop.

The red dates are pitted and washed, the wolfberry is washed with water, and they are put in a plate for later use.

After another hour, pour the yam, red dates, wolfberry and pepper into the pot, mix well, cover the pot and continue cooking for half an hour.

When the soup is almost ready, open the lid, add salt to taste, and mix well to get out of the pot.

Tips:
Pork belly is more difficult to cook, so you can cook it for 1 hour first, and then add the chicken. The yam is easy to cook, so if you put it in half an hour, the cooked yam will not be too bad.
