Pork Belly Cuttlefish Soup
1.
Clean the cuttlefish in advance, and then soak it. Pour out the soaked fish and use it to cook the soup.
2.
Wash the pork belly with flour, both inside and outside, and then boil in cold water.
3.
Ink fish, pork belly cut into strips, set aside
4.
Put all the ingredients in an electric stew pot, casserole, or pressure cooker. I simmered for four and a half hours. The pressure cooker time is much shorter. After boiling, season with salt and a little pepper.
Tips:
Cuttlefish is a seafood, it is a hairy product, do not eat it if you have eczema, and people with allergies and gout should also eat it carefully.
