[pork Belly Lily Soup]

One pork belly (there will be a small belly next to it, which you will bring when you buy pork belly). Use cornstarch and cooking oil to wash it 3 times, that is, wash it once, flush with water, add cornstarch and oil, and continue to wash it repeatedly.

This is the washed pork belly and pork belly.

After washing, turn the pork belly over and cut off the fat inside. Continue to rinse with clean water.

Bring the water to a boil, blanch the foam and impurities, remove and clean it.

After blanching, there is a white film on the small intestine head that connects the pork belly. This film cannot be washed off without blanching.

Peel it down gently with your hands, it can easily fall off, and keep pushing it down to peel it off completely.

The whole cleaned pork belly.

Slice pork belly and blanch.

Add ginger, add water and boil again.

Pour the boiled pork belly and the soup into the stewing pot. Stew in water for 2 hours.

Wash and prepare fresh lily.

After 2 hours, open the lid and add the lily, continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

Finally, add white pepper and a little salt, and add a few medlars and appropriate amount of coriander to garnish.
