Pork Belly Mushroom with Egg Gourd

Add some salt to the eggs and beat them, peel the gourd and cut into hob pieces, tear the pork belly mushroom into small pieces, and chop the shallots into the ends for later use;

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, and add the beaten egg liquid;

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and stir-fry pork belly mushrooms;

Stir fry a few times and then add gourd to stir fry together;

Then add the scrambled eggs;

Stir fry a few times and then add appropriate amount of water;

Put the lid on, boil on high heat and cook for three or four minutes on low heat;

After cooking, add salt and pepper to taste;

Layer into a bowl, sprinkle some chopped green onions on top.
