Pork Belly Mushroom with Oyster Sauce

Boil the pork belly mushrooms in boiling water and remove them to cool for later use.

Cut green and red peppers into pieces.

With a little oil, sauté the minced garlic over low heat.

Pour in pork belly mushrooms and green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly.

Add oyster sauce, salt and fry well.

Just thicken it. Put some chicken essence out of the pot.
Tips:
After blanching pork belly mushrooms, the peculiar smell of the mushrooms will be removed and the taste is better.
