Pork Belly Ribs and Eyebrow Bean Soup
1.
Prepare pork belly (washed pork belly and cut into strips), ribs, eyebrow peas.
2.
Boil the ribs with cold water in an electric pressure cooker to remove any foam.
3.
After removing the floating water, add sliced ginger, pork belly and eyebrow peas.
4.
I have enough time today. I used two 30-minute minimum pressure modes for porridge. I don’t want to wait for the optional bean and tendon mode, and choose the highest pressure (personally think that a low fire and slow stewing taste better).
5.
After cooking, add salt and pepper to cook for a while (you can put a little bit if you like to put chicken essence, I don't usually put it, personally think the ingredients are already delicious).
