Pork Belly Soup
1.
After the pork belly is thoroughly washed, put cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, turn on the fire, blanch it, and then take it out and wash it carefully.
2.
The cleaned pork belly can be cut or not, as you like. After soaking the oyster sauce in water, wash it, wash the carrots and bamboo shoots, cut into pieces, and soak the tangerine peel.
3.
Add half a pot of water.
4.
Put the pork belly in (Note: I didn’t cut it because I wanted to take out the pork belly and eat it after boiling the soup)
5.
Put the candied dates, tangerine peel, and oyster sauce into the pot.
6.
Then add the bamboo shoots, carrots and ginger slices.
7.
Put the lid on and select the button to boil lean meat soup.
8.
At this time, it has been boiled for about 1 hour, put the lotus seeds in, continue to boil for 1 hour, and add appropriate amount of salt before eating.
Tips:
1. Thoroughly wash the pork belly, add ginger and cooking wine when blanching the water, and then carefully clean it again, so that after the treatment, there is basically no peculiar smell.
2. Fresh or dried lotus seeds can be used. If they are fresh, they should be put later to avoid boiling over a long time.
3. Oysters are used to improve freshness, so there is nothing left to do.
