Pork Belly Soup with Pepper and Pickles

Wash both sides of the pork belly with salt and cornstarch twice;

Put the white pepper into the pork belly

Seal the pork belly opening with a toothpick;

Put the pork belly into the electric pressure cooker, and boil it for 35 minutes

Wash the pickles and cut into sections, soak them in water to reduce the saltiness;

After the pork belly is cooked and rotten, take it out, rinse off the white peppercorns with clean water, and then cut into strips;

Finally, put the pickles and pork belly into the boiled soup and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and white pepper.
