Pork Belly Spicy Cabbage

Wash the pork belly, cut into strips, add light soy sauce, starch, and oil, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the cabbage and cut into strips.

Wash the bell pepper.

Pick up the frying pan, add onions and bell peppers to the pan and stir fragrant. Pour out the bell pepper.

Stir-fry pork belly.
6.
Stir fry with soy sauce.
7.
Stir-fry the cabbage in the pot. Stir-fry evenly, cover and cook for a while.
8.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
9.
Stir-fry the bell pepper.
10.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
If you prefer to be spicy, you don’t need to prepare the bell pepper. It is cooked with cabbage and tastes good. We only eat the aroma of spicy peppers, and can't bear too spicy dishes, so we have to serve them out before putting them in.
