Pork Belly Yum Rice Porridge
1.
Prepare the main ingredients, knead the pork belly with flour and salt for a few minutes, add warm water to wash, repeat three times, then knead and wash again with vinegar.
2.
Soak the yin rice for 2 hours after washing
3.
Boil half a pot of water and add the pork belly to blanch thoroughly
4.
After blanching the pork belly, take half of it and cut into belly strips, sliced with ginger
5.
Pour the belly ginger into an electric pressure cooker and simmer for 25 minutes
6.
After the pork belly is simmered, take out the soup and pour in the rice and continue to cook for 8 minutes (forgot to take the photo). Pour a little bit of pork belly and soup into a wok, add salt, and cook light soy sauce for 2 minutes to make it delicious.
7.
Hold out
8.
After the rice is cooked, add a little salt and pepper to the pork belly, mix well (the pork belly has been salted in the previous step, don’t add too much here, it’s lighter and more delicious), serve and sprinkle with chopped green onion
