Pork Bone and Carrot Edamame Soup

Local small edamame (called August beans by locals) only available after the Mid-Autumn Festival

Peel and wash

Prepare ingredients: blanched pork bones, sliced carrots on a hob, 2 slices of ginger, edamame

Put the pork bones and ginger slices into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, cover and press for 10 minutes
5.
After being discouraged, put the carrots and edamame in the pot and cover the lid and press for 15 minutes

When the time is up, open the lid, the delicious soup, adjust a little salt to taste
