Pork Bone Boiled Bamboo Shoots

1. Put an appropriate amount of cold water into the boiling pot, add the pork bones to blanch the blood and wash off the foam.

2. Wash the ginger and green onions, pat the ginger to loosen, and cut the green onions into sections.
