Pork Bone Carrot Soup

Wash the pig bones, blanch them, remove the blood color, and set them aside for later use.

Peel and cut thin slices of ginger, black fungus, and send a small amount in advance (color toning)

Put the carrot, white radish, black fungus, and pork tuber bone into the high-pressure rice cooker, add salt and water (adjust according to personal taste)
Select the stewed tendon/bean mode (the tendons on the tube bones are not easy to stew)
