Pork Bone Corn and Winter Melon Soup

The pig bones are soaked in blood water, boiled and blanched

Cut corn and winter melon into large pieces. Winter melon does not need to be peeled

Add water to the pot, put the pork bones in boiling water, and put the ginger slices in the pot for another hour. Turn the fire to a simmer, and add water to two-thirds more than the bones.
