Pork Bone Dried Vegetable Soup

Soak the dried vegetables with some hot water

Wash the pork bones and blanch them in hot water

Remove the blanched pork bones and put them in a casserole

Wash the dried vegetables that have been blanched in hot water several times and put them in the casserole

Pour enough water into the casserole

Add right amount of donkey-hide jujube

Tips:
Generally, dried vegetables have a lot of sand, so you need to wash it a few times, otherwise a lot of sand will affect the taste.
