Pork Bone Mushroom Soup

Wash pork bones, cut green onion into sections, and slice ginger. Soak the wolfberry in cold water, wash the mushrooms and cut into pieces.

Put the cold water in the casserole into the pot, put green onions, ginger and a little cooking wine, then put the pork bones to boil, and remove the blood water.

After washing the pork bones and casserole, pour in cold water again, boil slowly, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2-3 hours.

For the last 10 minutes, add mushrooms. Put the goji berries before raising the pot quickly. Finally, sprinkle with salt to taste.
Tips:
The casserole must be heated slowly, otherwise it will easily crack.
Cooking wine is not easy to put too much, easy to destroy the taste of the soup itself.
Wash the casserole and pork bones after removing the blood to ensure the soup is clean.
Please adjust the stewing time freely.
It is recommended not to put salt in all the soup. Drink as much as you want.
