Pork Bone Soup with Lotus Root and Mung Beans

Prepare the main ingredients

Remove lotus roots

Brush off the lotus root skin with a wire brush

After washing the white lotus root

Cut the lotus root into large pieces

Pork bones are blanched to remove any foam

Put the pork bones in a soup pot filled with water

Put in the lotus root

Add figs and ginger slices

Add mung beans, cover the lid of the soup pot, turn to a low heat and cook for 1.5 hours after the high heat is boiled

10 minutes before the end, pick up the lotus root, cut into small pieces, put it back in the soup pot, and continue cooking. Finally add salt to taste
