Pork Bone Yam and Corn Soup

Prepare fresh pork bones.

Boil the bones in a pot.

Boil the bones and wash them with cold water. Add clean water to the pot. Put the washed bones in. Add green onion, ginger, wolfberry and start to stew. After boiling, change to low heat and simmer.

Simmer on low heat for about forty minutes. Put the yam when the bones are almost cooked. The corn is simmering for twenty minutes.
