Pork Bone Yam Soup

Prepare ingredients: pork stick bones, yam, salt, chives, ginger, rice wine, wolfberry

Wash the pork stick bones and put them in cold water to boil

Add an appropriate amount of rice wine to the pot, boil for 2 minutes after the water is boiled, remove it for use

When blanching the pork bones, add a proper amount of water to the Supor electric stew pot, then select the tube bone button and press start, first boil the water

Tips:
Yam prefers oxidation and discoloration, so it is better to peel and cut it before putting it.
