Pork Buns with Shredded Radish

Just use regular flour to make the buns. Pour the flour and oatmeal into a bowl and mix well, then add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well. Prepare the yeast powder

In addition to the warm water used to dissolve the yeast, I also added milk to the noodles. The ratio of milk to water is slightly higher. Pour 100 grams of warm water into the yeast and stir evenly until it melts. Prepare the milk.

Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir evenly with chopsticks, then pour the milk into the dough and knead it into a smooth dough, cover it and leave it in a warm place to ferment to more than 2 times

After that, take out the air and knead it evenly, knead into long strips and divide them into even greens, cover them with plastic wrap and let them stand for 20 minutes. I usually divide 500 grams of flour into 18 portions, which can be adjusted according to my own preferences

While standing the flour, prepare the filling. Add rice wine, salt, oyster sauce and bean paste to the minced pork, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce in a clockwise direction. The rice is white until it is sticky. Peel and wash the white radish.

Use a vegetable grater to shred and add 1 teaspoon of salt until the water comes out. This step is mainly to remove the spicy flavor of white radish

After the water comes out, squeeze it dry by hand, add it to the ground pork, then add sesame oil and stir again until it becomes sticky.

Flatten the dough and roll it into a thin round skin with a thick middle in the middle

Take a piece of skin and add the filling and close it

After making it, put it into the oiled steamer, leaving space for each one, and cover it for another 20 minutes

When the green body is obviously bigger, boil the water in a pot and steam for 18 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait for 5 minutes to open the lid and enjoy

It’s delicious, the meat is tender and delicious. After the shredded white radish is fused with the pork, the taste becomes richer, and even a few is not enough.
