Pork Celery Dumplings

Mix flour and water and knead into a smooth dough. spare

Wash the celery and control the moisture. Chop finely, add a little cooking oil and mix well (to prevent water from celery)

Add a piece of bisque to the meat filling, and whip it in one direction

Mix the minced meat and celery evenly. Roll the dough into long strips, cut into similar size pieces, and roll out

Boil the dumplings as you like (I make dumplings are ugly--don’t spray them) boil the dumplings under the water~~ cooked and served

1. The ratio of meat and vegetables can be adjusted according to your preferences;
2. Those who like green onion and ginger can add appropriate amount of green onion and ginger to taste;
3. You can start eating with your favorite dipping sauce.
