Pork Chop and Cheese Baked Rice

After washing the large ribs, use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water. Use the back of a knife to chop the large ribs loosely; alternately chop both sides of the large ribs to loosen. Add a little salt and black pepper to both sides of the large ribs and marinate for 30 minutes

Spread a layer of pizza sauce or tomato sauce on top of the rice

Cut the fried pork chops into 4-5 pieces with scissors, and put them on top of the cheese

Tips:
-The oven temperature needs to be adjusted according to each oven.
-The firepower of fried pork chops needs a medium-to-small fire. If the heat is too high, the bread crumbs will burn quickly, and the large chops will not be cooked.
-I use homemade pizza sauce, you can also use tomato sauce instead.
