Pork Chop Rice

Cut the pork tenderloin into slices of almost five millimeters. Use a steak hammer or the back of a knife to loosen them. Add salt, a little cooking oil, marinate with pepper powder, beaten eggs, starch, and bread crumbs on a plate for later use.

The pork chops are processed in the order of viscous egg liquid → viscous starch → viscous egg liquid → sticky breadcrumbs, and set aside for later use.

After the oil is hot, put in the pork chops and fry them to brown on both sides. Take out and absorb the oil with absorbent paper.

Cut the pork chops into strips, put a little lettuce, small tomatoes, and squeeze them with Thousand Island sauce to enjoy the food.
