Ingredients

Pork Chop with Onion and Cucumber Salad

1. Buy the pork chop, wash it, drain it, and beat it evenly with a knife on both sides

2. Cut the ingredients and set aside

3. Add oil in a hot pan and fry the pork chop until golden on both sides

4. Both sides are close to the picture color

5. Fry the pork chop and put it on the side of the pan to drain the oil. The drained oil is used to fry the onions
