Pork Ears in Red Oil

Remove the fatty part of the cooked pig's ears and cut into thin strips.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into thin strips. Set aside.

1. The fatty part of cooked pig's ear slices should be removed, and the fatty part can be used for other purposes.
