Pork Floss and Egg Custard

Beat three eggs into a small basin

Fully break up

Add one and a half bowls of warm water, stir well, then add in the seasoning spoon and more than half a spoon of salt

Stir until the salt melts

Remove surface foam

Take another large bowl and pour some cooked soybean oil

Strain the beaten egg liquid into a bowl

Cover with plastic wrap, put in a pot of boiling water, steam for 10 minutes out of the pot

Take out the steamed custard

Tips:
1. I steamed egg custard, usually 1 egg plus half a bowl of water (a small bowl for rice), the thickness of the steamed custard is just right
2. Dilute the egg liquid with warm water
3. Cover with plastic wrap or buckle a plate before steaming
4. It is best not to steam the old. I boiled the pot under the water, and steaming three eggs for ten minutes is just right
