Pork Floss and Egg Custard

1. Beat three eggs into a small basin

2. Fully break up

3. Add one and a half bowls of warm water, stir well, then add in the seasoning spoon and more than half a spoon of salt

4. Stir until the salt melts

5. Remove surface foam

6. Take another large bowl and pour some cooked soybean oil

7. Strain the beaten egg liquid into a bowl

8. Cover with plastic wrap, put in a pot of boiling water, steam for 10 minutes out of the pot

9. Take out the steamed custard

10. Sprinkle a little green onion

11. Add the homemade pork floss, let's eat it.

Tips:

1. I steamed egg custard, usually 1 egg plus half a bowl of water (a small bowl for rice), the thickness of the steamed custard is just right
2. Dilute the egg liquid with warm water
3. Cover with plastic wrap or buckle a plate before steaming
4. It is best not to steam the old. I boiled the pot under the water, and steaming three eggs for ten minutes is just right
