Pork Floss and Egg Rolls

Prepare ingredients

Add an egg to the flour, add salt and water, and stir clockwise to make the batter even

I use an electric baking pan for pancakes, just spread a little oil in the pan, then pour the batter and spread it out. Turn over the other side after solidification.

After turning over, put another egg on top of the pie, spread the egg, and wait for it to solidify.

Spread the sauce on the egg pancakes out of the pan, then put the sliced cucumber strips and sprinkle with pork floss.

Carefully roll up the pie and place the seam underneath.

Cut it into sections and serve on a plate.
