Pork Floss Butter Cake Roll
1.
Prepare the main materials. The egg whites and egg yolks were put into a large clean and dry bowl.
2.
Cut the butter into small pieces, add the milk and melt the water.
3.
The melted butter and milk are stirred evenly with a manual whisk and then cooled for later use.
4.
Add the egg yolks in portions, and stir evenly after each addition of egg yolks.
5.
Sift the low-gluten flour and pour it into the egg yolk paste.
6.
Use a whisk to gently stir until there is no visible dry flour.
7.
Put a small pot of warm water about 50 degrees below the protein pot. Put fine sugar in the egg whites.
8.
Use an electric whisk to beat the egg whites to wet foam. After turning off the power, lift the eggbeater egg whites into a bend.
9.
Take one third of the egg white into the egg yolk paste.
10.
Use a spatula to mix the egg batter evenly.
11.
Pour the egg yolk paste back into the egg white basin.
12.
Stir the egg white yolk paste with a spatula again.
13.
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with greased paper.
14.
Pour the egg batter slowly into the baking tray.
15.
Slightly shake the surrounding area to smooth out the big air bubbles.
16.
Put it in the middle of the oven and heat up and down at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
17.
The surface of the cake slice after baking is just slightly golden. Tear it down to the baking net and remove the greased paper, and keep the greased paper on the top to cool to avoid excessive evaporation of water on the surface of the cake.
18.
For the cake slices that have been aired to a slight residual temperature, apply a little condensed milk or salad dressing on the golden side.
19.
Sprinkle with homemade pork floss.
20.
Gently roll up the cake slices. Wrap the shape with greased paper.
21.
The shaped cake roll is ready to be eaten in slices.
Tips:
This cake is similar to the chiffon cake roll. Butter is used, the amount of milk and eggs is larger, and the amount of flour is slightly less. Therefore, this cake is relatively soft and easy to roll up without cracking. According to personal preference, you can spread jam or butter. In addition, it is reminded that the eggs used in the menu are grass eggs, which are small in size and weigh only about 35 grams. Adjust according to the weight of eggs you use.
