Fried Rice with Chopped Green Onion and Egg

Beat the eggs into the bowl. Grass eggs are particularly yellow. Prepare the rice.

Wash the green onions and drain the water.

Cut into chopped green onions.

Beat the eggs with chopsticks.

Tips:
1. The eggs must be fried and tender. 2. Quickly stir fry, no need to add other spices. 3. Don't like scallion, you can leave it alone, it's just a little monotonous.
