Pork Floss Cake Roll

First make the cake rolls. Mix water and oil until emulsified, add flour, beat well, then add egg yolk and mix well.

Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Add white sugar to the egg whites and beat until soft peaks.

Add 1/3 of the egg white paste to the egg yolk paste and mix well, then pour back into the egg white paste and mix well. Pour paper on the baking tray and pour the egg batter and mix well.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Tear the paper out of the oven, smear the salad dressing, sprinkle the pork floss and cut into pieces.
5.
Roll up both ends and dip the floss in salad dressing.
