Pork Floss Roll

Knead the middle kind of material into a dough and put it in the refrigerator to ferment to double its size.

Sprinkle the fermented middle seed into the next piece and put it into the bread machine.

Add ingredients except butter and knead the dough for 20 minutes.

Add butter and continue kneading for 20 minutes.

Ferment to double the size.

Divide into clusters and leave for 15 minutes.
7.
Roll the proofed dough into a beef tongue shape.
8.
Brush with salad dressing.
9.
Add pork floss.

Roll it and fold it three times.

Do it in turn.
12.
Preheat the oven.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 to produce the finished product.
Tips:
1. The amount of water is adjusted according to the draft of flour
2. The temperature is adjusted according to the temperature of your own oven
3. Refrigeration and fermentation cannot exceed 72 hours
