Tips:
1. The water absorption of each type of flour is different. The amount of milk here is increased or decreased as appropriate. At the beginning, you first add 90 grams of milk and then continue to add the rest or not according to the humidity of the dough.
2. The ingredients in the recipe can be added according to your own preferences. You can also bake the egg liquid directly and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also replace the meat floss with your favorite red bean paste filling and taro fillings
