On February 2, the dragon raised his head, and every family ate pig's head. This is our local custom. I used to eat wheat pig head meat. For the first time I dealt with such a big pig head (thanks to half a pig head). However, what I made is true. I made several dishes and ate several meals. Haha, I like it. Look:

Pork Head

1. The roast pig head is dehaired and soaked in water

2. Treated pig head (removed by rubbing the ball)

3. Cut off the pig's ears and divide the pig's head in half. It is too big to fit in the pot. Cold water pot

4. Add these seasonings

5. Pour the red yeast rice powder into a small bowl and mix it with white wine

6. When I put it in the pot, I saw the special red color at first, but it is not so red when I am done.

7. When it's almost cooked, add salt, soy sauce, and turn the dough over.

8. Put the pig's head in the pot without removing it, and remove it after a few hours, which is more delicious.

Tips:

When chopping a pig's head, you must use a machete.
