Pork in A Pot

The tenderloin is sliced and beaten on the back of the knife to make the meat more tender.

Add ginger and 2 spoons of cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pour 100 grams of starch and 50 grams of water into the bowl, mix well, and coat with starch paste.

When the oil is 50% hot, add the meat slices and remove when the oil is slightly yellow.

When the oil temperature rises, re-fry it once and fry it until golden brown.

Add 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the bowl, add shredded ginger, green onion, shredded carrots, and melt the seasoning in warm water.

When the oil is hot, pour in the garlic slices and sauté, pour in the seasoning, boil and add the coriander.

Add the fried meat slices and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
