Pork Intestine Stewed Tofu

Cut the large intestine and blanch it. Drain the water for later use.

The tofu is cut into pieces and soaked in salt water to deodorize and resist crushing.

Slice green onion, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

Put the oil in a hot pot, stir-fry the large intestine when the oil is hot, and the oil will be golden brown. Put green onion, ginger, garlic, and stir fry with cooking wine

Add the spicy bean paste and stir well, pour in the drained tofu, add water and the tofu, and simmer for ten minutes on high heat, then add chicken essence and turn off the heat.

Sprinkle some green onions after serving.
Tips:
In the process of stewing, use a spatula to overturn several times so that the tofu will taste: balanced and not sticking to the pot. The bean paste is salty, and the tofu has been soaked in salt water. It is not recommended to add salt.
