Pork Jerky

Frozen minced meat, remove and thaw.

Chop it with a knife for 3 or 5 minutes to form a puree.

Add all the seasonings, it is recommended not to add too much light soy sauce, otherwise it will turn black.

Stir in one direction and set aside.

Grab half of the meat and place it on the greased tin foil.

Cover the minced meat with plastic wrap and thin it with a rolling pin.

Transfer to a baking tray, brush with honey water, and sprinkle a little sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes, turn it over, brush a layer of honey water, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 160°C for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

Remove the scorched edges and corners, cut into small pieces, and dry thoroughly before serving.
Tips:
1. Don't put too much soy sauce seasoning, it will turn black when baked.
2. Press it thinly, and the color will be better when baked.
3. The oven is 15L, and these portions are baked on two plates.
4. The temperature and time of the oven are for reference only. If you like to eat chewy, you can extend the baking time.
