Pork Knuckle Soup with Black Bean and Tangerine Peel

1. Wash the pig's hands and cut the pieces;

2. Boil the water in a cold river and wash it for later use;

3. Wash black beans. Sauté in a dry pan

4. Set aside the sauteed black beans for later use;

5. Wash the candied dates and tangerine peel for later use;

6. Add appropriate amount of water to the deep soup pot, pour into a pot of pork knuckles, black beans, candied dates and tangerine peel

7. After boiling for 1.5 hours, remove impurities on the noodles with a scoop, add salt to taste and serve.
