Pork Knuckle Soy Soup

Wash the pigs' hands that you bought back.

Wash the soybeans.

Blanch the pork knuckles in water (about 5 minutes), remove the fishy smell, remove it, cut a knife in the middle, and set aside.

Put pork knuckles and soybeans in a pressure cooker, add ginger slices and star anise.
